The Avocent DSR2010 KVM switch offers the flexibility of multi-user, multi-location solutions with both local and IP access for all major server platforms and serial-based devices. The 16-port Avocent DSR2010 KVM over IP switching system contains one local port for access at the rack and two digital ports for IP remote access. - Works with DSRIQ CAT 5 “smart” cable to significantly reduce cable bulk in the rack
- Features connections for 16 servers in a 1U chassis
- Provides anywhere, anytime digital IP KVM access
- The patented OSCAR® on-screen graphical user interface provides local access at the rack
- Eliminates distance limitations
- Works with Avocent DS management software for secure, centralized control of all connected devices:
- DSView® 2 software to access all devices via a standard IP connection
- DSView 2 software also creates and configures your network access environment
- DSWebview software for browser-based remote access to devices
- DSAuth software for user authentication/permissions, topology and per-device contact information
