Server Technology Sentry 3 Phase Modular Power

The ServerTech Sentry Modular Cabinet Power Distribution Unit (CDU) family is designed to take a 3-Phase in-feed and distribute single phase power via Basic CDU’s that can be placed anywhere in the cabinet. Each Basic CDU has an associated LED meter for simple load balancing. The Master unit contains the LED meters, one temperature/humidity probe input, serial connection, IP connection and exclusive link port to connect an expansion CDU for linking CDU’s on different power circuits together.

Each Basic unit comes with a detachable connector with a strain relief for ease of installation. Each Basic unit also has (6) IEC C13 outlets and (2) IEC C19 outlets and can be provided with multiple cord lengths. Branch circuit protection is provided within each Basic CDU.

Smart CDU products allow the use of a secure network interface to view power, temperature and humidity levels via a web browser or Enterprise View as well as receiving SNMP-based alarms when thresholds are exceeded.

All Sentry modular power units have 1U vertical enclosures with optional quick mounting brackets for DELL and Rittal cabinets. Button and bracket mounting options are also available.

Sentry Modular Power Distribution Features

• Flexible Power Distribution – Simple distribution of 3-Phase Power when and where it is needed

• High Power Distribution: 208V or 400 V three phase-power options; 30A or 32A power input

• Input Current Monitor: Precisely measure the aggregate current draw (in amps) on each power circuit. Remote verification via web browser or serial screen.

• Multiple Branches: Each Basic CDU is a branch circuit with single phase output

• Local current LED: On-site verification of the input current with the LED digital display, also for load balancing

• Linking: Provides two 3-Phase in-feeds to the cabinet and links both units under one IP address.

• Basic units: Multiple cord lengths with detachable cords

• Environmental Monitoring: Supports one external temperature and humidity probe and reports conditions through the Web interface

• SNMP Traps: Provides automated alerts for power and environmental conditions

• Vertical, Zero U mounting on the side of the cabinet and does not take up cabinet U space

• IP Access and Security: Web interface, SSL, SSH, Telnet, SNMP, FTP, SNTP, Syslog, LDAP and LDAPS, TACACS and RS-232 access
