The Paragon II P2-USTIP User Station combines an analog access point for local user peripherals and single digital pathway to add remote KVM over IP technology to access all Paragon II connected servers from any remote location with the web-based Raritan Remote Client. Also included in the P2-USTIP is the ability to power cycle servers when combined with remote power strips giving users complete cold-reboot management of all attached Paragon II target devices. The Raritan Paragon II P2-USTIP supports 128-bit SSL encryption and provides local authentication through the Paragon II GUI. Implementing multiple P2-USTIP User Stations can easily be managed through the Raritan centralized authentication CommandCenter Secure Gateway.

UST-IP provides a wide range of remote IP access methods to control any server connected to the Raritan Paragon II KVM Switch. Since servers can also be accessed out-of-band with UST-IP, remote access to mission-critical target servers is always available - even if the network is down.

Integration with Paragon II Cat 5 KVM Switch
Dedicated Paragon II RJ-45 port(s) will enable remote KVM over IP access or local pass-through entry to the any Paragon II Cat 5 KVM switches. Using Raritan's powerful frame-grabber and compression technology, it captures, digitizes, and compresses the video signal before transmitting to a remote PC.
