Powerware to Provide Complete Power Solutions

DirectNET Inc., the nation's largest provider of

solutions, today announced that it has entered into
a value added reseller agreement with Eaton
Powerware (www.powerware.com) to provide
comprehensive power quality and backup power
management solutions.

Power Xpert Architecture.

The Power Xpert Architecture integrates power
quality meters, gateways, time servers and software
to unify the management of the multi-vendor power

accurately synchronized information related to power
quality at both the system and equipment levels.
