42U Enters Agreement with Emerson Network Power to Sell
Liebert Power and Cooling Technologies
42U Offers Solutions to Meet the Demands of

Broomfield, CO – January 17, 2008 -- 42U,

today announced that it has entered into a reseller
agreement with Emerson Network Power, a business of
Emerson (NYSE: EMR) and the global leader in
enabling Business-Critical Continuity™, to provide
the full suite of Liebert power and cooling
solutions.

As part of the agreement, 42U's IT Infrastructure
Consultants will offer
Liebert
XD cooling solutions, which are designed for
high-density servers and switches. The Liebert XD
system can complement existing cooling systems to
increase the utilization of data center space and
energy, while enabling focused
rack- and zone-level cooling to eliminate
data center hot spots.
